Exclusive Apprentice Cashback Offers Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to claim form part of these terms and conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any Team Makita cashback or any other offer as deemed appropriate by Makita (Australia) Pty Ltd. Any claim made is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Offer is only open to Australian residents with a valid apprenticeship. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, agencies associated with this promotion and associated Power Tool Retailers are ineligible to claim.
3. Promotion opens 1st January 2010 and closes 31st May 2010 (“Promotion Period”). All claims must be received by last mail on 30th June 2010.
4. Details of cashback offers are as follows: a) Receive AUD$100 cashback with any Makita Outdoor Power Equipment Product or Power Tool purchases to the total value of AUD$1,000 and above b) Receive AUD$80 cashback with any Makita Outdoor Power Equipment Product or Power Tool purchases to the total value of AUD$800-AUD$999 c) Receive AUD$60 cashback with any Makita Outdoor Power Equipment Product or Makita Power Tool purchases to the total value of AUD$600-AUD$799. d) Receive AUD$50 cashback with any Makita Outdoor Power Equipment Product or Power Tool purchases to the total value of AUD$500-AUD$599. All amounts are inclusive of GST.
5. Claimants must purchase the qualifying total value of Makita Outdoor Power Equipment Product or Power Tool from an authorised Makita dealer in Australia.
6. Offer limited to one claim, one receipt per apprentice. Each claim must be completed with the apprentices’ full name, address, contact number and student Id, attached with a copy of the receipt verifying the total purchase value of any Makita Outdoor Power Equipment Product and/or Power Tool within the promotional period, and be posted in a stamped envelope to: “Exclusive Apprentice Cashback Offer” PO Box 704, Eastern Suburbs MC NSW 2004
7. The Cashback will be awarded in the form of a cheque made out to the claimant. Please allow 6-8 weeks from receipt of the claim form by the Promoter for delivery of Cashback. Alternatively cashback amount can be rewarded by Electronic Fund Transfer by providing full account details including bank, account name, BSB and account number with the claim.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim, which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail and/or claims.
10. By making a claim, unless otherwise advised by the claimant, each claimant consents to the information they submit with their claim being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the claimant. All personal details of the claimants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.

12. All cashback offers are considered a reduction in the sale price of goods and services, and as such is considered to be GST inclusive.
